Description
A unique workshop led by Victoria Catchpole (Art Therapist, ADHD Coach & Parent of an ADHD Child)
As a qualified ADHD Coach, Art Therapist, and parent of a neurodivergent child, I know first-hand how confusing, exhausting, and isolating the parenting journey can be—especially when the resources you need are hard to find.
This workshop was born from my personal experience of raising a child with ADHD and not finding the support I so badly needed. Through years of learning, both professionally and personally, I’ve created a space where parents can feel informed, empowered, and deeply understood.
You’ll leave with a better understanding of ADHD, your child—and yourself—along with practical tools to build stronger connections and navigate the challenges of neurodivergent parenting with more confidence and compassion.

Attending the Connected Parent Workshop on ADHD was one of the most eye-opening and healing experiences I’ve had as a parent. Facilitators Scarlet and Victoria created a safe, welcoming space filled with compassion, insight, and lived experience. The blend of science, personal storytelling, and creative art therapy made complex ideas accessible and deeply resonant. Highlights included a powerful ADHD simulation, hands-on exercises, and practical tools I’ve already used at home with my children. I left feeling seen, supported, and newly equipped — this workshop is a true gift to any parent of a neurodivergent child.
A beautifully balanced, deeply human workshop that gave me insight, empathy, and a sense of real connection — every parent of a child with ADHD should experience this.
The Connected Parent ADHD Workshop was thought-provoking, emotional, and full of light bulb moments. I felt completely safe sharing my concerns in a supportive space with other parents who truly understood. Scarlet and Victoria’s combined expertise as an ADHD coach and art therapist brought a powerful balance of insight, compassion, and practical tools.
I left feeling more confident and positive about how to support my daughter — and our whole family — with empathy and understanding. The resources we received were incredibly helpful in explaining things to my husband and other children, and they’ve already made a difference in our daily life.
One moment I’ll never forget: after using a strategy I’d learned in the workshop, my daughter laughed and said, “You’ve been with Victoria — that’s what she says!” That moment of connection meant everything.
I truly can’t recommend this workshop enough. It’s not just informative — it’s transformational.
This workshop changed not just how I parent, but how I communicate, connect, and show up in every part of my life — truly transformative.
Attended the Connected Parent ADHD Workshop and it was more than I could’ve imagined. It’s not just about parenting — the tools I learned have improved my relationships with my kids, my ex, and myself. The connection with other parents was invaluable, and I can already see positive changes in how I approach everyday challenges. Highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking to grow as a parent or individual.
Still thinking about how powerful the Connected Parent ADHD Workshop was yesterday. It was emotional, insightful, and packed with light bulb moments. I felt truly safe opening up, and left with practical tools I could use immediately — even my daughter noticed! Scarlet and Victoria’s mix of coaching and art therapy was spot on. Highly recommend to any parent on the ADHD journey.
